EBay are being negligent. They are neglecting to send micro deposits before they stop you receiving the proceeds of sale that belong to you. They are doing this so that they can earn interest on our money. There can be no other reason. We all know that bank transfers can be made instantly. We all need to complain to the financial ombudsman by email using as the subject, "eBay negligence". I have been selling on eBay both as a business and private seller since 2001. I have never been treated this badly by them. I feel sorry for their call handlers who have to put forward pathetic excuses for their bosses.

That makes no sense the longer you are not selling, the less eBay will be earning from your sales.
Contact CS again, ask for those micro deposits to be sent. Be aware, they are not sent instantly, mine took 5 business days, and I nearly missed them as they are tiny, only a few pence each. Miss them, and they disappear so you need to ask for them to be resent. There's no warning they suddenly appear.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
