Item not required problem with postage

Hi all I sold an item over two weeks with a pre paid label by evri it has nit been delivered. How do I go about claiming fir this item do I gave to pay the buyer back as in its still with Evie. Thank you teresa

If this was an eBay Simple Delivery label then your buyer should open an eBay item not received claim, and eBay will then refund them.
