How do I remove messages from buyers from selling overview ebay

How do I remove messages from a buyer from the "selling overview" ebay page. There are no options to delete or hide and if I try the reply button l get the message:

"The question you are trying to answer is either invalid or older than 90 days. You can't respond to questions older than 90 days." The bid was cancelled at their request today but the messages won't go away.

It is being reported as an ebay site issue,so you can report it to ebay here as atechnical issue,and they can forward it to the Tech team,https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

Weekdays: 8 am-10pm
Weekends: 9 am-6pm.
