Funds not in eBay balance

So recently I’ve sold a few items but I’m not used to this updated payment system where you have to wait for 2 days after delivery. EBay stated for one of my listings that the funds are available on the 18th of February and states that it’s in my eBay balance. However, I’ve checked again today to still see no funds available. Usually the funds reach my eBay balance pretty quickly. Does anyone know how to deal with this?

Has tracking shown delivery?

The new system relies on tracking showing delivery,  if it does, then the payout will be released 2 days after that delivery date.

With no tracking,  the payout is held for 14 days.

At the end of February, items of a value £10 or less will not require tracking, an here,  if feedback is left it will release the payout sooner.
