Having changed my password, as prompted, I received an email from Ebay stating a new sign in was noticed. Clearly this was me, but the said email gives the wrong location each time, despite my account details being accurate.
Thanks Toby; I suspected as such, it is just that recently I had a ransomware event and since then a little hyper aware. On the technical side of things, why would my isp give an inconsistent location? Thanks.
