I opened an "item not as described". (Item received in a much worse state than the listing photos)
The seller has messaged asking me to close my return request and open a new one with "problem with delivery" as the reason.
(They mentioned it must have been damaged in the post)
Item sent with simple delivery and tracking shows delivered.
Is it even possible close a return request and immediately open a new one?
And if yes, should I have picked either "not as described" or "damaged" (not problem with delivery)?
