Listing problem, my Ebay says my Payoneer isn't ready

Hello! I'm new to all this stuff and I have been trying to sell vintage shoes. I haaf opened a Payoneer account, it was the only option Evay gave me. Payoneer sent me a letter that my Payoneer account isn't ready ready and verified. Ebay doesn't accept it, telling me that my Payonner account isn't ready. I have sent an email to Payoneer and thay replied that my request can take up to 15 days! Ebay doesn't even have such place to report all this!!

There isn't a way to report this and speed up the process.

You're registered in Armenia so need a Payoneer account, and the set up isn't immediate.

You will have continuing difficulties in using a UK registered private account from Armenia --- by Default, UK based Addresses and UK Banking account details are required + UK Import/Export VAT 20% is charged including any additional Shipping /or Duty charges. --- Payoneer payments are not accepted on the UK site.

Suggest using the International  www.ebay.com  site which offers many other options including  acceptable Business registration with Global Banking accounts.     https://community.ebay.com/
