Refund for seller fees

I've reposted the same ad 3 times because the collection address was incorrect despite the fact I'd updated my account address. I didn't want to leave the ad live with the incorrect collection address so ended the listing early twice. The collection address is still incorrect. Customer service said it might update itself(!) Question is do I have any chance of my seller fees being refunded because I was charged each time I ended the listing. Many thanks...!

Refund for seller fees

Listing fees are non refundable for vehicles,  payable sale or no sale and charged the moment it goes live,  if you cancel the listing even after a few minutes.

However,  it is worth contacting eBay Customer Services,  explain there was an issue registering the correct location that it may have been a temporary eBay technical issue,  you cancelled the listing could they please refund those listing fees.  There 's no guarantee but definitely worth asking.

I recommend only contacting CS very first thing in the morning at 8 a.m. when the lines first open for ' live agents' , as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I suspect Ebay's response will be that the collection address would have been visible at preview stage so no need to make the listing live and incur the fees.
