Buyer wanted a different service to simple delivery service and I can’t mark the item as dispatched

Hi

my buyer wanted a different service to simple delivery ( which was Evri) as they don’t deliver to her address, so I sent it via Royal Mail tracked. Now it’s asking me to dispatch the item and I already have but not via simple delivery

To mark as dispatched you still need to generate the original label.    Then go to the More Actions dropdown menu or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow and change the tracking.   That has to be done on a desktop browser. 

After that if you've paid for the original label you can cancel it here:

Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.
