Good afternnon... Last Friday i contacted the seller of a caravan about the item,sweet elder Lady and Gent,that e bay advertised to contact seller,to which i did.They shower me picrures of the caravan,to which i was happy,they then said due to a previous problem incurred with payment could i show face and pay before collection to safe guard them.I said if you e mail a receipt for payment via e mail,give me your home address and bank details,i would be happy to proceed.I sent them the money and we arranged a time and date for collection,They even sent me texts saying that the awning included with the sale was made by a certain company.They e mailed a receipt in total payment on the condition,if,when i arrived to collect the caravan,it was not as descibed they would initiate a total refund whilst i was there.The email was in the same name as the bank account details given... so me being the trusting type,proceeded to pay.On arrival this morning,i knocked on the said address,only to be asked by the ownwer what was i talking about,he had never even owned a caravan let alone advertise on e bay to sell one,I tried calling the Lady and Gents phone,and obviousley this phone is now out of use.How do i possibly get my money back? Item has now had the lines of Item is no longer for sale,surely these sellers are vetted before trying to sell on e bay...
