TAX limits

Hello, with the new tax rules, eBay and any other e-commerces report taxes once you reach 30 sales, correct?
This year I have sold brand new CD's from my personal collection to 29 buyers (so that's 29 transactions)
But one of the buyers bought 2 items
So, in my case does it count as 30 items(/ transactions) and have reached the threshold to be reported to tax authorities?

I have stopped selling until next year ...

You are in Spain, so tax laws may be different to UK.

If selling from your collection, then they are not brand new, they are secondhand, and I doubt HMRC would be interested.

If you do not live in the UK, then UK requirements would not apply.
