hi buyer sent message saying item arrived damaged but the photos attached do not match item sold

asked buyer to send photo of full kitchen door showing damage rather than close up of corner but not had reply,what can i do about this?

this is not first time with this issue with this buyer

If the buyer opens a case, you will either have to offer a partial refund or supply a label and get the item back before refunding.

If it's not the first time then put the on your blocked buyer's list asap.
