Please help. I want to send an invoice to my buyer to add postage.

The instructions are to go to Orders-Actions- select invoice. But in Actions it only says Edit. Please can someone help. Or can someone tell me how to contact eBay, not the AI chat which is rubbish. Thanks

No point in contacting ebay, there is no way through ebay to collect extra postage.

Anything in addition to sale price and any postage quoted has to be arranged between buyer and seller and paid using Paypal, Bank Transfer or cheque.
