Simple Delivery Charge If They Get It Wrong !

Hi

I really don't understand simple delivery!

Ebay tell you what the postage should be and if we alter what they recommend you could get a charge..

But now it states as you go to print your label it must not exceed the option selected, so if they get it wrong we could get a charge.. no longer does it state your parcel will be accepted regardless of its size and weight

Could someone please clarify if it exceeds ebays recommend postage cost we won't be charged.

Thank you 🙂

eBay give a suggested postal service when you list,if you believe your item will fit this service there is no extra charge.

If you think your item is too big/heavy for the suggested service you can change it to what you know is the correct service there will be no extra charge, the extra charge is for when you change the service and still select an incorrect one like sending a medium parcel as a small one

Simple delivery is far from simple. You should use the suggested service ebay recommends. However if eBay have it wrong then you should adjust to correct service.

Thanks

However the whole point of simple delivery was eBay selected the recommended service you go with it regardless if it ends up being larger and heavier.

Now it seems you have to do the work making sure the postage service is correct or you will be charged.

What's simple about that ?

At the beginning it definitely stated it didn't matter if your parcel has larger RM would still take it.
