Sadly - in practice - none. You cannot compel a seller to sell. If eBay decides to remove your feedback, again, there is nothing you can do. EBay will not really enter into deep discussions with you; so often these will just end up as "I say, he says"

Thanks yes though I have lost the ability to even put feedback on totally removed so not much point having a negative button for sellers if it negative feedback can be removed that easily .

We receive many posts here from unhappy peeps telling us their feedback was removed, but they never say what was actually written, so no one here can tell you the reason for its removal.
There are feedback rules to follow, mention anything about a case, a refund, any eBay involvement or that the item was a fake and the seller , if they know the rules, can ask for that feedback to be removed.
Unfortunately, eBay's bad idea of making the feedback up to 500 characters long leaves a possible essay type feedback to be left, and more time to fall into those ' banned pitfalls'.
All that is really needed for a neg to stay , is short and sweet, e.g. Very disappointed the seller did not complete the transaction.

Just for the record, negative feedback can't be removed by the seller. It can only be removed by eBay, and only then if it contravenes one or more of eBay's rules on what is allowed to be mentioned.
The most common reason for removal is any mention of eBay in getting a refund, but there are many others.
Unless the buyer provides this opportunity it's almost impossible for sellers to get feedback removed. eBay simply states that it's the buyer's opinionand they're entitled to state it. We get as many complaints from sellers because eBay won't remove feedback they say is unfair as we do from buyers because their feedback was removed!
Keep feedback short and factual is the safest way to avoid removal.
