Cancellation request denied

I recently bought something off eBay but didn’t realise it was collection only at the time. I put a cancellation request in for the seller and attempted to contact them but so far the 3 day cancellation request period has passed and the seller has not messaged me back. My cancellation request has now been rejected.

what do I do?

If you have paid, then you will be able to open an 'item not received' request - usually about a week after purchase - to get your money back.
