EBay automatic relisting seems to have stopped

Does anyone have an issue with eBay seeming to have stopped auto relisting items which have ended but not sold. I had to relist over 100 items that eBay would have auto relisted in the past, has something changed ? Thanks Ruth

Ended auction items no longer automatically relist.  Your items will come off your 300 free listings even if they are relists unless you are a new or occasional seller.  This changed a while ago.

'Keep in mind that the automatic relist option is only available on listings created by new and occasional sellers. The option will not show for other sellers.'
