Trying to list a vehicle - no location error

Hi, 

I get an error coming up saying I haven’t entered my location….but there is no field in which to enter location.

Is anyone else having the same issue? I’ve spoken to eBay customer service twice and both times I’ve been told it’s an error at their end and I’ll just have to wait til they fix it. She said it had been an issue since 19/8 and it’s now 23/8. Originally I was told it would take 48 hours to fix. They must be losing a fortune in listing fees! Having said that, I’ve seen vehicles listed today so maybe it’s just a few people?

I’ve tried different devices and browsers but no joy. Might give autotrader a try!

The item location has moved to near the bottom of the listing.  It's below delivery details >>  Preferences>> Your Settings,  and click on the pencil icon on the right.

Have you seen the format Classified ad to list your vehicle?  Most would agree it's the best way to sell vehicles on eBay.
