Yesterday I reduced the price on 44 active Buy It Now listings. eBay's computers, of their own accord, then proceeded to change postage liability for UK customers from "Seller Pays" to "Buyer Pays". When I complain to eBay some of the agents say it's my fault, that I pressed the buttons to change postage liability, a bit like in the Post Office Horizon saga scandal. Other agents say they are aware and trying to fix the problem, but don't. This issue has been happening since the introduction of Simple Delivery. It's not simple for me, because I have to manually change the listing's postage liability back to "Seller Pays" after eBay's computers change the listing. And then randomly, eBay's computers change random listings from Seller Pays postage to Buyer Pays, so I have to check daily that all the listings are correct. Not happy. Why are eBay doing this to me?
