Problems listing a car

Trying to create a new listing to sell a car.

Everything is entered but when try to publish it says location is missing.  Nowhere to enter. The payment options shows "cash on collection " as the only option and no location box.

Tried using help bot but it doesn't understand the issue and gives up (useless) 

Anyone able to assist or inform how to speak with someone to help?

The only option for payment is cash - this is so the buyer can come and look at the vehicle and check it over before they pay.

There are a few posts today and yesterday where sellers are trying to list motor vehicles but can't add the location - it may be a known problem that is being addressed - have a look at other posts to see if there is a solution or contact Customer Services.
