My Buyer hasn't received their parcel and the tracking shows it is still at the parcel Wearhouse. How can I get this sorted? The buyer hasn't opened a item not received request. I am the one who is trying to get this sorted out. Obviously when I refund the buyer I will lose the money, my item I sold and the postage. How can I get my lost money back. I have been trying to get in contact with eBay but can't get to speak to a human. What can I do? 

 

Any help will be very much appreciated.

With Simple Delivery you are protected if the item is lost/damaged in transit.   That means ebay will pay the refund, not you, when the buyer opens a claim.    So ask the buyer to open a "not received" case then eBay will issue the refund themselves and you keep the original payment.

Sorry if I am being a bit dense, but what is a parcel warehouse?

If, for example, you have sent with Evri, then this is an issue with them and there is not anything Ebay can do.

Some methods of posting only show drop off at the point you send your parcel and then delivery.

Was the buyer in the UK?

 

As advised, if the latest estimated delivery date has passed, the best way forward is for the buyer to open an 'item not received' case.
