I recently sold an item but it had a missing part. I advertised this fact and it was sold. Everyone was happy. Then a week or two later, I found the missing part and contacted the original buyer - I told them them I'd found it and did they want to add it to their item to make the set complete. We agreed a price and rather than resist it on eBay we agreed that I sent it to them and they would pay me. These conversations are all on the eBay system. Days went by and no response. I contacted them and still no reply. Then after one contact they said they had got the item and were happy. But no payment. I offered various ways to play and they came up with excuse after excuse. Now two months have gone by and there is radio silence. My only recourse is Small Claims Court. I do have their home address. They have (1522) positive profile on eBay. I know I should have just sold the found item on eBay (and got a lot more) and not have bothered trying to be nice. Is there anything else I should do.
