Ebay holding the money for too long

and I found it very frustrating . Will they every listen to us. I think it's not fair. They can atleast release the money once we dispatch the item. Please God , please, please please give them the listening skills of the users. Also, I found the buyer protection fees are a rip off.

The new payment terms state that payment will be released 48 hours after tracking shows delivery, or straightaway if the buyer leaves positive feedback.

Business sellers are not subject to payment holds, should you decide to upgrade your account.

I’m not a business seller and I don’t have much to sell apart from occasional few items and it’s very seasonal only. They do release funds once we get a positive feedback but not every one runs and leaves feedback for their purchase immediately.

By ebay’s definition you are a business seller, and they will eventually catch up with you.
