Hi, I have just sold a pair of gym trousers and the buyer has said she cannot make the payment. is there any problem with purchases from Jersey as that is where she is from and it’s the only thing I can think of that might be an issue. Thanks

Also if using Royal Mail to Jersey, use the tracked 24/48 services as they are cheaper than standard services, there is no vat charged on these services so if you send via the post office the price will be cheaper by 20% than the quoted price in the price list. Eg Tracked 24 2kg price for a small parcel is £5.15 advertised buying label should only be around £4.13

Oddly Guernsey is show as postage cost, but not Jersey.
See if you can send invoice (payment details).
Best to use RM, they will charge same cost as mainland.

Add buyer to your exemption list. I think the real problem, is that postage quoted is for a Courier, and a Courier would charge a lot more. Royal Mail is only service that charges the same for all parts of UK.
If buyer was able to pay, you would find it was not enough and you would have to pay more.
