Request to cancel a postage label

I purchased a postage label accidentally on Dec 13. I requested  cancellation and a refund immediately and received a confirmation email. However, I haven't received a refund. How do I chase that up?

It normally takes up to 21 days but I expect Xmas delayed things.   You could contact ebay and ask them to check.  Use callback on here:
