I can't believe this guy is being allowed to intimidate sellers in the watch trade.
How has he been allowed to trademark an international organisation, as well as a generic term for nylon watch straps that has been in existence for decades, and threaten sellers with a lawsuit in countries that the legislation doesn't apply to. I sell in the UK, And his trademark only applies to the US.
This has now resulted in EBay refusing to accept listings for certain watch parts, even though I only sell genuine parts.
