Strange seller behaviour

I recently won an auction for a super nintendo game, I paid right away for the item. it cost around £60 which seems like fair market value judging on previous ebay sales.

The seller contacted me after i had won the auction and made me an offer to sell me the item for £160

I refused this offer.

The seller still appears to have my item for sale in his store.

The seller has still not dispatched the item 9 days after i paid. I contacted him to ask for an update because its my sons birthday present and a bit time sensitive. He has still not replied.

What can i do about this?

all you can do is one day after the last estimated delivery date open a not received case and after you get your refund leave feedback to reflect your experience -
