Partial refunds

Hi all. I purchased an item , when it got to the date it was supposed to arrive I messaged seller . The response was they've  item I ordered was not in stock be I could get the lesser item and recieve a partial refund . I have received item but no refund. When I try to find a resolution on ebay all I get is option to return item

eBay can't enforce offers of partial refunds.   You would have to return the item for a full refund.  Seller pays the return postage.   Start a return on here:

select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

Ok .. I have been issued a return label .. I am actually happy with what I received but it is half the price of the item I ordered / paid for .
