Money not available on time

Money should be available by the rules made by eBay. But their status is still "pending". How and where to report it?

If the funds are due to be released today, then you should wait until later and check again.

I have found that sometimes funds due are not available first thing in the morning.

If you are waiting for money where tracking showed delivery two days ago, the wait time for funds to be released is 48 hours.

So, check later and then contact Customer Services if the money is not available to withdraw.

You can't speak to an agent this early in the morning in any case.

It's difficult to explain my landlord he has to wait 48 hours for full rent... because it's weekend and morning. I would not make a scandal, but it's eBay promise and rules. I understand it is not big money for eBay, but I made some plans and promises based on terms and conditions eBay shows on this schemes. I'm deeply disappointed 😞

Check if your funds are available to withdraw now.

I was not able to withdraw funds earlier but they are available now.
