I purchased an item in September and paid for it and it was on pre-order. Since then, the seller has kept telling me there is a delay and I have patiently waited. Now I want a refund and asked on 13 April. The seller responded and said they would refund me the next weekend and still nothing. I have messaged them twice and they are now ignoring me. I have tried to contact eBay and it won't let me bring up the item and therefore won't help. Can anyone help? Thanks
