Hi, does anyone know what signal this device is?

It has an O2 SIM card inserted but it doesn't display if it's 3G or not. The 3G masts are getting turned off in a few months time and I do not want to lose signal.

If it is a 3G device, I'll have to buy a new one that's compatible with either a 4G or 5G.

Are there no instructions with it or on Google?

Have you asked the seller, they may know?

Yes, but no response. Asked them ages ago

Most instructions can be found on Google if you know the model number of the device (which must be on it somewhere).

A 20 second search on Google pulled up various gsm alarm system manuals.

I've looked for the model number, but I'm unable to find it.
