What's going on with Simple Delivery randomness!

I've just listed 3 game boy games. The first two only gave me Simple Delivery as an option, but one of them allowed me to do "Custom Postage"...

The only difference is this one is £10 and the others are £15, BUT it can't be a price thing as I've also listed some magazines which are only £3 and WOULD love them to allow custom postage as they're just not selling with £2.70 postage.

It shouldn't be a price thing.   The only items eligible for custom postage are less than £10 but also under 100g and fit into ordinary letter post.    Postage is just very glitchy at the moment.   Some buyers are still able to select custom postage, others can't.
