I sold an item and received it back with Royal Mail after a month, claiming no answer and retention exceeded. I have tried sending messages to the buyer, but am not getting any answers. E-bay told me I could be nice and refund the money.
I am trying to clear stock, not store for people.
Would the customer have any claim if I just sold the item and did not refund? (30 days have passed)
