I put an offer on an item which the buyer accepted. I paid for the item, however, it said that there was a problem processing my payment. I then paid again via paypal as it said the item would go to the first person that paid.
However, when I have checked the first payment which used a combination of my ebay balance and paypal went through. I have paid for an item twice and I cannot find out how to report this to ebay. The contact us does not give me an option to report this.
Is there a way to report the problem to ebay?
