selling more than 1 itam that has small fault

Can a seller say there is something wrong but sell other items under the same sale EG fault with TV screen  but all TVs have same fault, which is a very unusual vault.

I assume this question is about a listing you have seen, but you need to explain far better, as I have no idea what you mean.

No just inquiry I have seen a number of items for sale
The ad says there is a fault on the one being shown but no mention of any
of the others.
These are all the same item of electronics but looks like all the items
have exactly the same fault which is impossible as electronics don't work
that why they must have some differences but does not say Exsimpole Radio
has a tuning problem and will not pick up a certain radio station and all
the rest have exactly the same problem and it's not the radio station or
the tuning.

eBay have their 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee policy written on the right hand side of every listing.

Should buyers buy these items,  and they are faulty / not fit for purpose , they need to claim for their full refund under the MBG.

If enough refund cases are opened for the same reason,  this will raise red flags to eBay,  and they can act with sanctions , and even bans from selling on their site.
