There is no way of guaranteeing that on eBay. All you can do is check the seller's feedback.

If I wanted to buy an expensive fragrance, I would go into a shop to buy it.
Partly to check I liked it when I wore it but also to make sure it was authentic.
A lot of sellers have perfumes which have been 'sprayed once' - these are used and should not even be sold on the site.
So, if you want to buy from Ebay, stick to a business seller. A private seller with dozens of different perfumes is a red flag.
Only buy 'new' fragrances. Not 'new/other'. Don't buy perfume which is being sold without a box or a proper lid. Look at all of the pictures - some sellers have testers for sale - again, not allowed on the site,
If the price looks 'too good to be true', it probably is.

Buy from a reputable online or high street store if you want to be sure that a) you're buying genuine product or b) that it's not been stored for years so, whilst being genuine, may have lost some of its fragrance notes and has been sold off in a job lot to the perfume business resellers.
