AI images - will ebay crack down on this & what about "Doesn't match photos" returns?

If Ebay's AI descriptions weren't bad enough, I have noticed recently that some (lazy) sellers are now using AI images instead of taking photos of their items... I cannot see a policy directly relating to this issue, but really hope ebay crack down on this, as images are supposed to form a part of the description, not a vague and inaccurate AI interpretation of what is being sold....

Where would buyers/sellers/ebay stand on a return for "Doesn't match description or photos" when a buyer receives an item that is not the same as the AI generated image?

If buyer opens item not as described case,

Ebay never see the item but believe them.

Seller issues returns label and refunds on return.

Could prove expensive for lazy sellers, but it  does show how out of touch with selling ebay is to allow it to happen in the first place.

AI has its uses but descriptions have to be read and edited otherwise sellers will have lots of problems.
