Hello,
so I ordered the large item that arrived in awful condition. After rude messages from seller and escalation to eBay finally got a return label. Now despite eBay promises they will ensure collection, seller issued a label only and they expect me to carry 30 Kgs item to the post office which is 10 miles away from me despite my disabilities. Where do I stand with my rights ?I gave no one to help Thank you

eBay don't get involved with organising collection.
If you're unable to use the label that the seller has provided you can organise your own postage method, but will need to pay for it. You can then organise a collection. You must then contact eBay and let them have the tracking number to manually add to the return details.

But they promised ?
What exactly are you saying that eBay promised, and where does it say it please?

Do you mean eBay promised a refund?
Their 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee policy does ' promise' a refund , but rules have to be followed.
A prepaid label was provided and it's not now up to eBay to arrange a collection, you need to do this. Book the collection date and time, and your Royal Mail postie will collect the parcel .
