Powerwasher stopped working on 2nd use

Bought a power washer for £153 winning bid and it's broke on my 2nd use, the seller won't accept the return but it has ebay money back guarentee where do I go with this now to get my money back

If it's still within 30 days of the delivery date start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

If it's more than 30 days it's too late to do anything via ebay but contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.

It's out of the 30 day as it's not something you use everyday, so basically have I lost that money then for it?

You should contact your payment provider/bank to start a chargeback.
