Charged for postage label I didn't buy

Hi, I just sold an item, and mistakenly clicked on buy label. Closed the window, but the amount for the label has been deducted from my balance. The order didn't complete so I can't void it. Any ideas?

If this wasn't through Simple Delivery and you bought through eBay / Packlink,  the you can receive a refund for the unused label.  You may need to wait 24 hours for the label to appear before being able to void it.  

Find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.

Thanks, but it doesn’t show up on that page, and no option to void anywhere else. I don’t think I selected Simple Delivery.

Your item sold on the 11th did have Simple Delivery but this may have been applied by eBay not you,as far as we can tell if the label  isn't used you should get a refund in around 2 weeks,let us know if this is the case please.

An unused Simple Delivery postage label can take up to 30 days to be refunded now but contact ebay and ask them to check it for you.   You can request a callback on here:
