My husband realised he had made a mistake with an order, wanted two two of the items, entered 2 and accepted, pushed buy, realised at this point he hadn't deleted 1 so now the order is for 2 is 21! cancelled straight away and received an automated message saying unable to cancel as items had already been shipped, this is not possible.
