Is anyone else having issues with EVRI? I have now had 3 items go missing with them claiming they have delivered them. I try to contact EVRI via phone but it is impossible. I appreciate I get my money back via EBAY but it is not right to just ignore this. EBAY if you read this you should step in and investigate.
The last thing I want is for EBAY to start thinking I am trying to rip them off by doing this myself.

We do receive a large number of complaints about Evri delivery, but in my humble opinion it all boils down to the actual courier driver in your area.
We have a superb Evri lady, always on time, leaves me many messages regarding tracking and a time within 30 minutes of when she will arrive, and she does.
You unfortunately, do not have the same excellent service, your Evri person letting you down badly.
All I can suggest is to ensure before buying from a seller they are not using Evri, with this new Simple Delivery services there will be the option for you the buyer, to select Evri or Royal Mail, should make things easier for you.

It's Evri you need to speak, eBay have no control on a courier a seller or buyer selects.
