Parcel to Australia not marked as received.

I recently sold some shoes to Australia and posted them Int Standard. They arrived really quickly and the buyer left good feedback. However, they are not marked as received, but funds on hold pending delivery.

I asked the buyer to click on ' mark as received' but she says she has not got that option. I believe she has tried to help with this.

I understand that Int Standard has no end tracking, but the fact we both left feedback should indicate the deal is complete. I can't find any way of marking the end of the transaction so that I can get my funds, which are almost £50.

Will they materialise if I wait long enough, or should I contact eBay?

The buyer is correct there is no ' mark as received'  she can leave feedback that shows the item reached her but won't release your funds sooner.

Tracking is sometimes not in sync with eBay's tracking, and the latter is the most important for releasing a faster payout,  that is,  2 days after the delivery date.

If you have found your tracking has not updated,  therefore holding back your payout,  contact eBay Customer Services, provide the tracking showing delivery, ask if they can kindly release your payout now as 48 hours have passed the delivery date.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin.
