Artillery shell cases

I've tried to sell two WW1 artillery shell cases but eBay have taken them down.

Have I listed them wrong? 

Do they think they are live?!

I hope I'm not in any trouble for trying to sell them!

You won't be in trouble but you shouldn't try to relist them once they've been taken off by ebay.

I presume they are plain cases or are the trench or shell art?

try your local b & m auction house or one that has a good military section or sales.
