Buyer Wants Different Postage

I've just sold an old video game, with the postage set for a padded envelope. However, the buyer has asked that I instead use a box as they are concerned about damage in transit.

I don't mind doing this, but I'm concerned about the postage label not matching. What will happen if I put a postage label on a larger package than what it is for?

Buyer Wants Different Postage

It will be refused at post office.

Surely you will know whether the packed item is larger than a large letter. If it will, be it would be best to cancel sale and relist showing correct cost for the postage, and buyer buys sgsin.

Explain why  to buyer, if this seems to be best solution.
