How do i get buyers address to post item to when the only option is prepaid label no printer

How do i get buyers address to post I dont have a printer so cant do prepaid label

Look at payment details, buyers address should be shown.

Just their name nothing else. Its a new system, no choice but to use their
postage and pay for it thanks anyway

To see their details, you will need to download the label.

Once you do so, the tracking for that label will be added to the sale and, I believe, the item will be marked as despatched.

If you post without using Simple Delivery, you will have to contact Ebay Customer Services and ask them to change the tracking.

The original label will eventually be refunded if it is not used - the refund will go to the buyer if they paid for postage.

If you have a smartphone, you can download the QR code and get the label printed at the Evri despatch point or the Post Office.
