Marking item as despatched

Hi, I am an experienced seller, however I haven't sold something on Ebay for approximately 9 months. Today I sold an item and posted it/paid for postage as usual at my local post office. Now I see I no longer have the 'mark as dispatched' option and it instead asks me to do an eBay label... How can I update to show the item already dispatched with the tracking number? Seems I made a mistake. Thanks

Your items are now under the new Ebay postal system 'Simple Delivery'.

The buyer chooses the service they want from your listing and, once payment is made, you can download the QR code or print a label.

You will have to contact Ebay Customer services and ask them to change the tracking.

Payments to sellers are now routinely held until after delivery or, in some cases, if positive feedback is received.

You should update yourself about the new payment Ts & Cs as well.
