I am a seller and my item has arrived damaged to the buyer.

Hi! 

Hope you are all well.

 

i sent a brand new item, and the buyer has received by Yodel post but it’s not damaged. 

They want to return, which is totally understandable, but the item is now broke, so I have no use for. How can I proceed?

You should be able to refund without return via the return case the buyer has (presumably) started.

 

If you bought the postage through ebay you can put in a claim for compensation here:
