I sold an item to a buyer who claims they never received the item I refunded in good faith now I have just had confirmation of delivery of said item and now the buyer will not answer messages or send the item back

If a buyer has two separate purchases, I put both the contents of both purchases into one box wrapped up address to one buyer. Do I put The QR CODES OF BOTH PURCHASES ON THE BOX OR ONLY PUT ONE OF THE TWO QR CODES. I'm double checking before I post.
