There is no scheduled payout now, you have to manually withdraw the payout but it has to show in your available funds. If it's not there it's not ready for you to withdraw, eBay messages are usually not very clear.
It looks like you are a returning seller , so your initial payouts will be held longer, as eBay wish to see that the genuine holder has returned, sudden selling on dormant accounts raises red flags to eBay as it may be a sign that hackers have taken control.
